Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TOMARON. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of purchase. Here's how our return process works:

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Simply package your item securely and attach the return shipping label.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
